Your heat pump comes with a 2-year guarantee as standard. However, for Vaillant air source heat pumps, we offer a range of Cover and Care packages to extend your guarantee.
✓ Have registered your product within 30 days of installation (within 30 days of completion date for new build properties).
✓ Your heat pump must be less than 6 months old.
For your package to become active:
✓ You must have a Vaillant approved Appliance Function Check (AFC).
✓ Your annual servicing must be completed by a Vaillant engineer.
Please note, your annual servicing date corresponds to your installation date and not the activation date of the package.
