Vaillant Maintenance and Support Plans are only suitable for domestic boilers under 15-years-old that are in good working order and out of guarantee. Your boiler also shouldn’t be protected by a similar plan.
Your boiler protection plan will become effective 30 days after we receive your application, however, your boiler must be in good working condition when you apply or your plan might be invalidated.
We’ll remind you when an annual service is due to book your Vaillant engineer visit.
If you require a service for one of our commercial boilers, please call us on 0330 102 8570 to discuss your requirements.
If an issue is found during the annual service or your boiler stops working, we can arrange for onsite visits by our own nationwide network of Gas Safe registered boiler engineers, to the value of £1,500. If we are not able to repair your boiler or we decide that it is beyond economic repair, Domestic & General will arrange for your boiler to be replaced with a new one, up to the value of £750. Installation costs are not included.
The plan runs for 12 months and starts the day you take it out.
Maintenance Plans paid for by direct debit are renewed automatically, unless you tell us otherwise, offering you and your heating system the peace of mind that comes with uninterrupted protection year after year.
