ecoTEC plus and pro Install and CommissioningThis course will cover the selection, installation, and commissioning sequences of the ecoTEC range of boilers. The filling and draining of the boiler range, wiring eBUS and 3rd party controls and using diagnostics to help commission and set-up the ecoTEC range for best efficiency.

It is highly recommended that installers attend the online ecoTEC Plus and Pro Overview course for essential foundation knowledge.

ecoTEC Diagnostic & Fault FindingThis course will cover ecoTEC diagnostic system tools used in diagnosing the boiler status, electrical safe isolation, boiler drain down, safe component removal and replacement voltage checks.

It is highly recommended that installers attend the in centre ecoTEC plus and pro Install and Commissioning course prior to this course for essential foundation information and knowledge

ecoFIT pure Install and CommissioningThis course will cover practical elements of wiring, installation, and commissioning sequence of the ecoFIT Pure, and also the set-up process using diagnostics for efficient operation.

Part 1 - Systems & LogicThis course is the first course in our selection of controls courses and should be attended before any further controls courses and/or any in centre course
This course is designed to give attendees the underpinning knowledge and theory of efficient control of appliances and heating systems whilst also covering VA/GW control system logic and terminology

Part 2 - Controls OverviewThis course provides information about the Vaillant controls product range, and is ideally suited to installers and engineers either new to Vaillant or its controls, and engineers already installing Vaillant products who wish to learn more about the range of controls available.
Suitable for both domestic and commercial boilers and also renewables
This course is also a pre-requisite for anyone wishing to progress further with our controls courses with an aim to visit one of our Centres of Excellence for a practical course
No installation, wiring, or setup specifics covered – product range familiarity only (range, model names/numbers, F&B’s, system compatibility etc)

Part 3 - WiringThis course provides information about the installation and wiring of our controls (setup covered in another course)
Aimed towards boilers as renewables is covered in separate course/s
To cover basic combi control wiring (eBUS and 3rd party)
To cover basic system wiring (S and Y plans and S plan plus)

Part 4 - Setup & UseThis course provides information and knowledge for the setup of our controls and what settings and parameters are available on them
To cover key specific settings and setup of our controls
Not everything will be covered as some things will be covered on a practical course in one of our Centres of Excellence

Part 5 - Installation and SetupThis course brings together all of our on-line training into one practical training day in one of our Centres of Excellence. You will be able to practice everything you have learnt during the on-line sessions.
The course will cover how to specify the correct type of control, the installation including physical wiring, powering up and commissioning of the system to specific requirements.

It is highly recommended that installers attend the online controls courses prior to this incentre course for essential foundation information and knowledge.

aroTHERM plus Air Water Heat Pump Installation & Commissioning Part 1 Module provides an introduction to Vaillant’s new aroTHERM plus air source heat pump and considers key features and benefits, specification and system design requirements 1 hour 30 minutes
aroTHERM plus Air Water Heat Pump Installation & Commissioning Part 2 Module is a follow on from Part 1 and looks at the detail of installing and commissioning the new aroTHERM plus air source heat pump 2 hours

Sound-Safe Training InformationSound-Safe training is designed for engineers to gain critical safety information required to check the aroTHERM Plus heat pump for safety zone conformity and R290 refrigerant soundness before accessing the internal Sound-Safe area required for Maintenance or Cooling Resister installation.

This course is a pre-requisite for in COE maintenance or cooling resister installation before installing an aroTHERM Plus

aroTHERM Install & Commissioning Set upThis course will cover the order of the installation process including wiring to the outdoor unit, the indoor unit and various accessories following the schematic drawing. The fill and flushing specific details. The first time powering up sequence and installation setup order, again following the specific information provided on the schematic drawing.

It is highly recommended that installers attend the online aroTHERM plus parts 1 and 2 online training sessions prior to this course to gain essential foundation knowledge.

aroTHERM SplitThe course will cover pre-installation system checks, product specification, control options and system accessories. Your experienced Trainer will guide you through the installation, commissioning and system setup and maintenance of the aroTHERM Split heat pump range, he will use a hands-on approach in a step by step process to make sure you gain all the knowledge you need to confidently install and maintain the Vaillant aroTHERM Split AWHP range.Full day in-centre
aroTHERM Plus MaintenancearoTHERM Plus Maintenance is an in COE course and will cover the process of safely maintaining the aroTHERM Plus system components including the Outdoor, Indoor units and system checks that need to be carried out at specific intervals. A Pre-Requisite

Online Sound-Safe course must be attended before this Maintenance course.

All attendees will have a short assessment where they will demonstrate the Sound-Safe safety aspect of working safely with R290 filled equipment.
