Vaillant Installer Congress Manchester 2018
Vaillant UK has done it again! The second Installer Congress Event of 2018 was held at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester on October 9th.
The Installer Congress Event welcomed Vaillant’s northern customers to this prestigious venue to meet with the UK management team to share their opinions and feedback on Vaillant UK’s plans for the future. A series of presentations, workshops and Q&A sessions were designed to ensure that there was a variety of opportunities for Vaillant customers to speak with the Vaillant team and input their valued insight into Vaillant’s plans for the future. An exhibition area was the central hub of the day where customers could get closer to Vaillant’s range of products and get advice from internal experts on social media, Service, Spares and the Vaillant Advance loyalty programme.
Klaus Jesse, Managing Director of Vaillant Group UK said, “It is important for us at Vaillant to demonstrate that we are listening to our valued customers and building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. We are keen to understand how we can support our customers in building their businesses and ensuring that the products and services we are offering now and in the future are fit for purpose. For example, as part of this exercise, we have delivered a workshop on marketing advice from SaatchiPro to an audience who would not usually have been able to access their counsel. This is all part of the service we want to continue to improve upon as we focus on strengthening the support we deliver for our customers.”
