Vaillant products are renowned for their low failure rate; however, should your customers ever need us we have the industry's largest dedicated service department to ensure you have everything you need.
With Vaillant, you’ll find that help is never far away. We have Vaillant operators available at the end of dedicated phone lines, 7 days a week, 364 days a year, able to arrange for a local Vaillant service engineer to attend on site.
Outstanding first fix rate
We pride ourselves on being able to fix problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, and have a staggering 98% first time fix rate. Our engineers are expertly trained on all of our products and carry 95% of all Vaillant spare parts on their vans.
Vaillant employs 250 dedicated service engineers across the UK.
Bespoke Service and Guarantee packages
As part of a Vaillant contract we will discuss your specific needs and provide a bespoke service package tailored to fit your customers. With flexible parts and labour guarantee lengths of up to 10 years available, we aim to tailor our support to you, so you receive the backup and reassurance you need, whenever your customers need it most.
