09:00 to 16:30 (with 1 hour lunch break and regular coffee breaks)

Aimed at:

Installers and Engineers who wish to gain extensive knowledge of Vaillant eBUS controls. Electricians wishing to understand the wiring concept of Vaillant systems

Tools required:

General heating engineer tool kit, manometer, flue gas analyser, multimeter.

This course involves:

Vaillant eBUS protocol explanation, Vaillant eBUS controls options explained in detail. Instruction on how to install a basic time switch with a room thermostat, how to install a single heating zone, two zone and three zone systems with and without domestic hot water cylinders. We will also demonstrate the advantages of fully integrated Vaillant eBUS systems. Commissioning the control system in terms of set up, programming and diagnostic checking and fault finding will also be covered. Your trainer will use a number of hands on tasks to ensure you gain extensive knowledge of Vaillant controls.

This course is suitable for:

Vaillant installers who have completed an appliance Commissioning and Servicing course. Electricians who need to install Vaillant controls and set up a basic commissioning programme.
