To make sure every Vaillant boiler is installed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency, we only sell through a network of accredited, Gas Safe registered engineers. But don't worry, it couldn't be easier to find your perfect boiler and installer.
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Find your perfect boiler
Our boiler finder will ask you a few simple questions such as the type, age and size of your house, how many showers and baths you have, and how many people live with you. From this, we'll give you our recommendations for your next Vaillant boiler.
2. Find your local installer
Once you've found your perfect boiler, you'll need to find a local accredited installer for a quote. Our handy Find an installer tool will help you do just that. Simply give a few details such as postcode, and the tool will do the rest. You'll be presented with a list of your local and regional installers.
3. Get in touch
Once you've found your boiler and a local installer, all that's left to do it send your enquiry. You can contact up to 3 local installers at the same time and they will get in touch with a quote for the boiler and fitting. They'll also be able to ask any additional questions they may have regarding placement or access etc. You can arrange a fitting date to suit you directly with your installer.
What are the costs of buying a new boiler?
Before you buy a new boiler, it's important to get all the facts and understand what will meet your needs.New boilers often cost a lot and are a significant investment with the cost of a new boiler ranging from £500 - £2,500, with installation costs on top.
Even with the up front costs, there are some major benefits to upgrading and replacing an older, out dated boiler.
- New boilers are often more energy efficient, meaning that whilst boiler replacement can be costly, it can also result in savings on household energy bills, as modern boilers can result in savings of up to 50% on energy bills.
- If you have an older boiler that is non condensing it will probably be classed as a band G boiler, with an energy efficiency of less than 70%. If you replace your old boiler with a current ErP 'A rated' condensing Vaillant boiler it will have an energy efficiency of 90%. This could mean a saving of up to £300 a year on energy bills.
- Savings will depend on your house size and type, and the current levels of energy efficiency your house has. The more insulated your home, the less energy your boiler has to use to maintain the right temperature for you. Find out more about heating tips and how to reduce monthly bills.
