Vaillant supports Emmanuel House
Vaillant UK is proud to partner with Nottingham City Homes and installers T&S Heating to supply and install a new heating system at Emmanuel House in Hockley, Nottingham.
Emmanuel House is a shelter supporting homeless people in Nottingham City. Not only do they provide food and shelter for over 350 people per week, serving over 70 hot meals per day, they provide basic services such as showers and laundry facilities.
Claire Sharpe, Regional Business Manager for Commercial Systems at Vaillant, attended Emmanuel House’s thanksgiving event on 19th September 2019 to celebrate the renovations works completed at the premises. This includes the brand new Vaillant boiler system installed, which includes two large output boilers that have been nicknamed Generosity and Gratitude.
John Bailey, Head of Commercial & Renewable Systems, commented, “Emmanuel House does fantastic service in the community, providing a holistic support service for homeless people in Nottingham that goes above and beyond serving a meal. We appreciate how difficult it is to fund these services and were very happy to provide essential Commercial heating equipment to support this valuable service.”
