vrDIALOG is a diagnostic software tool which allows a laptop to be connected to a Vaillant boiler. Operation parameters can bet set through a series of Windows based interactive screens and the system can also be used to diagnose faults.

 

In addition, vrDIALOG has the ability to interface with a VRC 410s (external weather compensator), controlling set-up, programmes and heat curves.

 

Boiler activity and fault codes can also be recorded and logged in real-time with an option to view component operation over time in a graphical format.

 

(vrDIALOG is not suitable for use with the ecoMAX pro range of high efficiency open vent boilers or ecoTEC boilers and requires a laptop with RS232 port and 3.5" floppy disk drive.)
