Thank you for purchasing a new Vaillant boiler, which is one of the best engineered and most reliable boilers on the market today.
During the first year from installation the warranty covers your boiler against manufacturing defects for both parts and labour. ecoTEC plus owners must have their boiler serviced when the boiler is 1 year old to qualify for the 2nd year of warranty. ecoTEC exclusive owners must have their boiler serviced when the boiler is 1 year old and again when the boiler is 2 years old to qualify for the 2nd and 3rd year of warranty.
Please note that the cost of the service is not included in the guarantee.
The boiler must be serviced either by Vaillant Ltd. or another competent servicing company (Gas Safe registered) within one year of the installation date and the details recorded in the Benchmark logbook (this should have been completed by your installer). Should your boiler develop a fault please contact your original installer or alternatively, contact Vaillant Service on 01773 596660.
To qualify for for your warranty please either:
- Complete and return the guarantee card, found in the boiler, within 30 days of the boiler being installed.
- Call the Vaillant warranty department on 0800 073 2141 to activate your warranty by phone.
- Complete the online warranty registration form below.
