Our Boiler Breakdown Cover* provides you with first priority treatment from expert Vaillant Gas Safe registered engineers and you will benefit from no claims limits and no claims form to complete, providing your boiler can still be economically repaired.

Vaillant engineers carry genuine Vaillant boiler parts and have the expertise to deal with any potential problem quickly and efficiently enabling them to fix 95% of repairs on the first visit.

There are three options of boiler breakdown cover:

1 Star Cover

- provides boiler and controls protection

3 Star Cover

- provides boiler and controls protection, and includes an annual service

5 Star Cover
- provides protection for your boiler and central heating system, and includes an annual service.

Annual Service

On 3 Star and 5 Star Cover, you also benefit from an annual service for your boiler. An annual service can help keep your boiler running safely and efficiently. It will be carried out by a Vaillant Gas Safe registered engineer who will be an expert in your type of boiler. You should contact us on 01773 828100 to arrange your annual service at a time convenient to you. The annual service will usually be carried out during a weekday in Spring or Autumn.

Regular servicing may reduce the risk of a breakdown and may also help to prolong the life of your boiler. At Vaillant we understand the importance of regular servicing to ensure you boiler is safe and performing at peak efficiency. The annual service will usually be carried out during a weekday in Spring or Autumn.

3 levels of Boiler Breakdown Cover:

For cover taken out after the expiry of your free guarantee, there is an initial 28 day period when you cannot make a claim, giving you 11 months of cover in your first year. If you take out cover during your free guarantee it will begin immediately following your guarantee expiry. Prices include all fees and Insurance Premium Tax (IPT).
