We doubt it crosses your mind very often, but you probably rely on your boiler more than any other appliance in your home. Unfortunately, even the finest engineered products may develop a fault at some stage in their lifetime.

As the manufacturer of your boiler, who better than us to look after it?
Vaillant engineers carry the relevant spare parts and have the expertise to deal with any potential problem quickly and efficiently enabling them to fix 95% of repairs on the first visit.

Please be aware any boiler service booked will originally be booked as an all day appoinment. On the day of the visit, our engineer will call you to advise of his estimated time of arrival (ETA), which will be within a 2-3 hour period.
