Our after sales service is available on 0870 6060 777 and operators are available 7 days a week 364 days a year for complete peace of mind and can arrange a local Vaillant service engineer to visit your appliance. Each of our UK wide 200 Vaillant engineers are Gas Safe registered and fully trained on all Vaillant products enabling them to achieve an outstanding 95% first time fix rate. Opening times are: 8.00am to 8.00pm weekdays, 9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday and 9am to 12pm on Sunday.
For technical advice over the telephone our Technial Helpline Advisors are available Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays from 9.00am to 4.00pm, on 0906 802 0251 to help identify your problem*.
In the unlikely event that your boiler should develop a fault, we offer a selection of service packages to give you complete peace of mind.
