The system, which is the first of its kind, is easily accessed online via the Vaillant website where it is then downloaded onto the installer or end user’s desktop. Once installed, information is available for the entire Vaillant product portfolio, including domestic heating, controls, commercial heating, solar DHW, ground source heat pumps, air-to-air heat pumps and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery. Documentation updates can be downloaded as soon as they become available, while the application also contains contact details for Vaillant’s dedicated training and customer service departments.
