The development in Bridlington was to convert an old derelict industrial building into a state of the art business centre hosting independent light industrial units as well as some larger premises for businesses in the town and surrounding area.

Vaillant’s unique, comprehensive warranty is standard on all air conditioning systems. With this package, should a system fail for a non-installation related reason during the warranty period, Vaillant will send a service engineer to make repairs on behalf of the contractor.

The climaVAIR high-wall range is a high specification range using R410A refrigerant and has all the features that would be expected from a premium product, including: A-rating energy efficiency; hot start; dehumidifier; de-ioniser and sleep function. The units have a three-level filtration arrangement - anti-microbial, anti-dust and activated carbon - and provide horizontal and vertical air swing.


The range comprises: five high-wall on-off mono-splits, covering cooling capacities from 2.2 to 6kW; four high-wall mono-split inverters, with cooling capacities from 2.5 to 6.0kW; and two high-wall multi-twin split inverters, with cooling capacities of 5 and 6kW. All inverter models utilise energy efficient DC inverter technology.

The climaVAIR cassette range includes mono-split on-off and mono-split inverter units operating with refrigerant R410A. The six models cover cooling capacities from 3.5 to 13.0kW to suit varying specifications. The range includes a remote control as standard with dehumidifier, air swing and sleep function
