The ‘actoSTOR’ enables the boiler to provide faster filling baths and exceptional shower performance with a fast flow rate of 15.2 l/min at 65oC enabling the ‘actoSTOR’ to recharge in just 2 minutes. Coupled with the low energy DC storage charging pump, the ecoTEC plus 937 is the highest performing, energy efficient, boiler in its class.

Featuring dimensions of 720mm in height, flue lengths up to 5.5m horizontally and no compartment ventilation, the ecoTEC offers flexible siting for both the consumer and installer. The ecoTEC plus 937 has a central heating output of 12 – 28kW and a domestic hot water output of 37kW. The boiler has a two-year warranty as standard and a five-year anti-scale warranty on the domestic hot water heat exchanger and ‘actoSTOR’.

Commenting on the launch, Vaillant’s Brand Manager, Mark Wilkins, said: “Historically, we know that installers have been reluctant to fit a combination boiler in to large properties but as products are becoming more sophisticated this is becoming much less of an issue.”

Vaillant’s range of ‘intelligent’ controls is compatible with the ecoTEC plus 937. The range includes the VRC 400 weather compensator and the VRT 360f wireless programmable room thermostat, which allows two-way communication between the boiler and central heating, making for a more energy efficient and perceptive system.
